Hi, I'm Stephanie Marie! A kombucha loving, sustainable fashion wearing, fitness junkie queen!

​Exercise has always been a big part of my life. The older I got the more I loved it and the more physically active I was the better I felt. I knew that whatever my career was, fitness would have to be some part of it.


So it was no surprise when I graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Exercise Science. I have been personal training ever since and have loved it.

As a Professional Fitness Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your heath, schedule and more importantly, your fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decision when it comes to your health.


Trachele Shields

I’ve lost nearly 90 lbs. I’ve reduced my body fat from around 55% to 23% and it’s still declining. I was told by medical professionals that I wouldn’t be able to do weight lifting or high impact exercises but I currently do both. My level of fitness is back to what it was pre medical condition.

Steph will help you achieve all the goals you set for yourself. She will push you gently and hold you accountable without shaming you. She will listen to you and adjust your training plan based on your evolving goals. Training with Steph will be one of the best investments you make in yourself.

Shanda Salisbury

After 2 knee surgeries in 2019, I was not exactly prepared for the significant muscle atrophy I sustained. The motivation to start this revised fitness journey of mine was my determination to regain strength and muscle in my leg and become as strong and as physically fit overall as humanly possible!


I tell EVERYONE that I have the absolute BEST personal trainer. Stephanie is not just my trainer, she's my sister and my friend. She puts the needs of her clients before her own. She is also going to push you past your comfort zone so that you exceed the goals you set.

Elizabeth Proctor - Kelly

I started training with Stephanie in March of 2019. Up until this point I had always wanted to compete in a bodybuilding competition and I need to get into shape and lose body fat. Once we started training, I realized quickly that my stamina and overall conditioning was no where near where it needed to be. With Stephanie’s help I have been able to do things I never thought I could do. I am so much stronger now!! My biggest goals were to be able to do 1 full unassisted pull-up and a hand stand and I am pleased to say that I am able to do both. Stephanie is my ride or die to stage and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to not only compete but to get into the best shape of their life
