I will create a customized meal guide for you. Once you purchase your challenge you will receive an email with a questionnaire for you to fill out. Make sure when you are to include any allergies, likes/dislikes on the questionnaire form.

The core of the program is the training plan which is built to achieve results. This will be a digital plan that will be sent to you. You will have the option to print it out yourself. This training plan will get you results because I have strategically put the workouts and mobility flows together to create exactly what is required to help you see results.

This is something that is crucial for our 6 week program! This allows each member to feel that they are not alone and in it together. Another great aspect of this is that I teach you how to come up with your own workouts. So the live workouts that you will be doing will actually be created by the members in the group.
