You will receive access to a new and unique workouts every single day. On most days, The VALOR Build workout is my EXACT workout from the day prior. Posted with full with sets, reps, and even varying tempos. These routines can be used whether you want to lose some weight, add on some muscle definition or just want to get back into working out.

I wrote this program with you in mind! This program is simply made for you to move and sweat. With its unique metabolic conditioning workouts you will never get bored with doing the same routine over and over. Every workout is different and you never repeat it. This keeps your body guessing and will help you reach your fitness goals in no time. You will be completing 3-4 days of medium intensity workouts each week. So get ready... these workouts will make you SWEAT!
