Structured Training and Cardio Regimen​

The core of the program is the training plan which is built to achieve results. This will be a digital plan that will be sent to you. You will have the option to print it out yourself.

Full Customized Meal Guide

I will be creating a fully customized meal guide for you. Make sure when you are signing up to include any allergies, likes/dislikes on the application page.

Motivational Group

All members get access to our private FB group and ongoing coaching with me. This is where I provide form feedback and answer all questions. This is where the amazing team comes together to support and encourage each other through the process. You are never alone!

24/7 Access To Your Coach

All members have our email and can ask questions at any point to get the answers they need regarding their training and nutrition. For anytime text/calls I recommend you sign up for my Online Personal Training Coaching Plans.

Weekly Checkins

All members will have check-ins Weekly. These check-ins keeps us all accountable and on track to meet your goals.

Weekly Live Workouts

This is something that is crucial for our 6 week program! This allows each member to feel that they are not alone and in it together. Another great aspect of this is that I teach you how to come up with your own workouts. So the live workouts that you will be doing will actually be created by the members in the group.

How It Works:

  1. The program will run for 6 weeks.

  2. Entry and Registration applications will be accepted until the day before the set start date.

  3. Your program will be emailed to you 3 days before the group starts. 

  4. You will receive an email with the necessary equipment required directly after you purchase. Your full diet and training plan will be sent 3 days before the group starts.

  5. There will be a live 3 week check in where we will all meet up online and go through how the program is going for each of you.

  6. Limited Spots available and spaces fill up fast!

How To Sign Up:

  2. Fill out the application as detailed as possible. Remember we want to make this program as individualized as possible for you. If you like or do not like a food item please specify.

  3. Take your starting photos:
    I need the following 4 photos:

1) FRONT

2) SIDE

3) BACK 

4) FUN/FLEXING

  1. No Mirror selfies; you can get a friend to take your pictures or you can take your initial images by taking a video. Prop up the phone, hit record, and move through your poses. Play back the video, hit pause during the pose, and take a screen shot.

  2. Email your pictures to stephaniemariefitness1@gmail.com

  3. Subject: 2021 Challenge Starting Photos and YOUR NAME

  4. In the email, include the same full name and email that you filled out in the registration form
