Hi my name is Monica Pagan and I just completed the 6 Week Transformational Emerging Strong Challenge!!
When I began this challenge, I did not know what to expect, to be honest I didn’t think my transformation would be what it turned out to be. I stuck to a routine of healthy eating, I eliminated foods I was pretty much addicted too that became a part of me, I started seeing who I was in a different perspective and how I treated my own body based off my daily habits. I have always been into fitness, endured a drastic weight loss journey on my own and after hitting that wall of a plateau, I found myself, one who knows more than enough about health and wellness, seeking out help from someone who I could trust to help break that struggle I kept facing. Now that I know what I know about the program, it isn’t about having someone holding your hand, its about someone guiding you in the right direction and taking what was given to you to turn into something greater than results. Now, with the knowledge I have attained, I’m going to take it and build upon it, challenge myself in other ways of fitness with the same mentality of how I treat my body and what I consume to benefit me in the long run. Over all I thank you Stephanie for your help and I am grateful we crossed paths when we did.
What reservations did you have prior to committing to work with me?
- Prior to committing to work with Stephanie I had no prior reservations besides my own self-motivation.
What did you hope to accomplish by working with me?
- My hopes were to accomplish a plateau break. I was trapped and everything I was doing seemed to become harder every time because my body was already adjusted to the routine. This program changed that.
Did our work together meet your goals and expectations?
- Yes, our work together over exceeded my expectations and everyone knows I’m skeptical about everything.
What did I do very well?
- What was done well? I would have to say was the time taken to share viable knowledge that set the bar high not to fail.
What could I have done better?
- Truthfully for me, nothing, everything was set up fair enough for a wide variety of people and personalities to end the program successfully.
Was I able to overcome your initial objections?
- Yes, my initial objective was to break a plateau in weight, that was accomplished and more.
Do you feel ready to apply what you’ve learned during our time together?
- Most definitely! What I know now is going to be taken to a greater extend of success and it is going to push me to evolve even more as a person mentally and physically.
Would you recommend me to others? If so, why? If not, why not?
- Of course! I would recommend Stephanie because she has a personality that can connect with anyone. She takes the time to relate to anyone’s perspective of what they desire to accomplish and what they are enduring now. It takes someone different to be able to do that and she is that difference.
